Job Description : Getaway builds tiny cabins, places them in the middle of nature, and rents them out by the night to people looking to disconnect and recharge.We’re searching for a hospitality professional with an eye for detail. As a key member of our outpost team, the core of this role is focused on helping clean and maintain our tiny cabins! Our Cabin Keepers make our whole site go! This position is in a remote location in Suches, GA.Responsibilities: The Cabin Keeper will be the resident expert in taking care of our most prized possessions: our tiny houses and the guests that rent them. To be good at this job you should be the type that smiles a lot, hustles always, and loves working on a team. You should also be the type that is bothered by a mess. We’re looking for a hospitality-minded soul with an eye for small details.Ensuring every cabin is perfectly staged for every guest including making beds, cleaning bathrooms & kitchen areas, arranging welcome items, restocking bundles of firewood, cleaning and staging exterior (e.g. fire pit area), etc.Performing weekly and monthly deep cleans – Laundering, cleaning and spot treating linensEnsuring back of house/preparation area is clean, organized and orderly at all timesMaintaining par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniformAnticipating potential guest issues and addressing them in advance whenever possibleSolving problems proactively in an efficient, effective and professional mannerCandidate RequirementsDriver’s LicenseMust have your own vehicle – used to transport yourself & supplies between assigned cabinsMust be 18 years of age, or olderMust be able to lift/move up to 30lbs.Schedule & CompensationPart-time: 15-25 hours per week (Usually 10:30am-3pm)Pay: $16.00 per hour to start; clear raise structure at 6 & 18 monthsCandidates should: Have open availability (days, weekends, holidays).Have access to a vehicle & valid driver’s license, as it’s required for the job.Have some previous housekeeping experience – though it isn’t required.Be comfortable working as part of a large team & individually.Thrive in fast-paced environments.Have strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Desired Experience:Hospitality: 1 yearHousekeeping: 1 yearJob Type: Part-timePay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid time offReferral programSchedule:Day shiftHolidaysWeekend availabilityApplication Question(s):Are you able and willing to work weekends?Are you able and willing to work at the job location in Suches, GA?License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Work Location: One location
