About the Position
Goodwin House is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team! The Administrative Assistant will primarily support the Benefits and Recruiting teams in their administrative tasks including collecting documentation, gathering new-hire paperwork, and providing customer service to internal and external clients. The Administrative Assistant handles various processes such as billing, benefit inquiries, verifications, and notifications. The HR Administrative Assistant will also contribute ideas for improving workflows and efficiencies in administrative processes.
Job Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent; advanced work in Business field preferred.
At least one-year experience in office setting preferred.
Ability to work harmoniously with staff, residents, visitors, and the general public.
Strong computer skills, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Attention to detail, time management and ability to multi task with competing deadlines.
