High volume hiring includes roles ranging from production personnel to technical engineers.Build trust-based, collaborative relationships with managers, manufacturing leaders and associates.Monitor workplace climate to identify issues/trends identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.Analyze data to execute on initiatives to increased productivity, employee performance, engagement and retention.Partner with BHR Manager and leaders in creating a positive employee relations environment through effective HR compliance, communications, policies, procedures and practices.Partner and assist BHR Manager on HR strategy planning activities.Partner with BHR Manager on diversity and inclusion efforts with an emphasis on positive work environment, attracting, developing and retaining diverse talent.Manage assigned HR and business-related projects.Perform other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU’LL BRINGRequiredBachelor’s degree in related business field.Minimum of 2 years HR business related experience.Strong attention to detail and ability to drive projects to completion, on-time and in full.Demonstrated ability to build consultative, collaborative relationships with managers and co-workers at all levels.Demonstrated high level of confidentiality and discretion.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work on-site at the Casa Grande, AZ facility.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.PreferredPrior work experience in a manufacturing setting.Prior work experience supporting expansion projects.Prior recruiting experience.Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that provides the growth and strength to build your future.
