Position : HR/Office Manager
Job Description : Purpose: Provide Human Resources, Administrative, Operational/Creative and Finance support to the BuildOn Senior Leadership team.Responsibilities:HUMAN RESOURCESManage employee recruitment activitiesManage new employee onboarding process in coordination with department managers.Administer EXIT and STAY interviews and report results to Senior Team.Administer periodic employee engagement surveys.Assist in the preparation of the monthly company newsletter from an HR perspective.Maintain company handbook.Participate in administration of company human resource policies.Manage payroll and PTO system in coordination with payroll liaison.Prepare semi-monthly retirement account contribution submission form.Prepare PTO balance and planning reports.OPERATIONAL/CREATIVEManage company SharePoint site, including access/document permissions, organizational and content standards, and assist with content creation, posting and document lifecycle management.Manage corporate subscriptions for software and other services.Assist in the preparation of presentations.ADMINISTRATIVECoordinate and support company events, including key business meetings, team lunches and team-building events.Reserve and coordinate travel itineraries including accommodations for flight, hotel, car, and conference registration.Manage conference room schedules.Prepare, approve, and submit employee expense reports for payment as well as train new users on expense system and policies.Purchase consumables, including office, cleaning, team meals and lunchroom supplies.Manage cleaning and other office services, including property management.Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment, furnishings, and facilities.Coordinate holiday decorations.Handle general administrative duties including filing, copying, scanning, electronic filing, and mailing.Deliver contracts and collect executed copies.Monitor and route e-mail and website inquiries to the appropriate parties.Assist with other administrative tasks as requested.FINANCEAssist in the coordination, preparation, and distribution of financial reports.Prepare expenditure reports.Assist in maintenance and distribution of key metrics reporting.Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,550.00 – $117,907.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Houston, TX 77060: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Administrative experience: 2 years (Required)SharePoint: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
