Job Description : Qualifications: The successful candidate will be proactive and will have proven consultative skills, and the ability to handle information with sensitivity and confidentiality.Experience working in a high volume/fast HR environment2+ years (min) of functional experience supporting a diverse client population.Experience undertaking, leading, or reporting on investigations is required (e.g., Employment, Audit, Quality Control, RPU, CSSC. Etc.).Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple requests with varying timelines.Strong communication/presentation and writing skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of leadership across all functional areas and geographies, particularly at executive levels including business/function heads and their direct reports.Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in the face of high case volumes and extremely time sensitive matters.Consistent demonstration of ownership and accountability (driven to “do the right thing”).Positive employee approach and believer in employee advocacy.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment.Responsibilities: Summary: Coordinates with originating parties across multiple channels through which issues are submitted ensuring all intake information is correctly documented.Reviews all supporting documentation available, and performs research activities related to the case, if necessary, to inform decision making (e.g., reflecting on outcome of prior similar cases, external research).Liaises with Legal Team, as needed, for cases whose outcome cannot be determined without legal expertise.Based on thorough analysis, makes recommended investigative conclusions.Coordinates with ER COE Manager or General Manager as needed to align on expectations/approach, and to receive approval on recommended resolution.Throughout all activities, operates within proprietary software to ensure notes, supporting documentations, findings, and recommended outcome are properly documented.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $45.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftApplication Question(s):Experience undertaking, leading, or reporting on investigations?Proven investigation experience including interviewing of witnesses, taking notes, and writing investigation summaries?Knowledge and experience with federal, state and local employment laws?Experience:supporting a diverse client population: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
