Job Description : DRGinvest LLCMission:The People Operations Generalist is responsible for providing HR support and customer service to local and remote employees in addition to coordinating with external state and federal agencies. This person has strong administrative skills, knowledge of labor laws, benefits policies, and employment best practices. They support the Human Resources administrative, and compliance needs of the DRGinvest businesses. Examples of services provided are payroll support, full cycle benefits and workers compensation administration and cost containment program, employment verifications, resource inventory, employee offboarding, FMLA and policy updates/administration.Our People Operations team is committed to providing the best service to our DRGinvest business verticals to encourage a world class culture and a value-add work environment for all team involved.Outcomes:100% accuracy and completion of assigned HRIS responsibilities and administrative offboarding and onboarding task list.Manage 100% full cycle health benefits plans and workers compensation insurance plans for all new and existing employees and business lines. – Evaluating and benchmarking offerings each year to determine marketability and employee/employer needs.Accurate cost allocation of DRGinvest Health Insurance plan to the business lines and departments within 72 hours of statement release and perform quarterly audit.Assure tax compliance and reduction of tax penalties through immediate follow up and resolution 100% of Company Tax Notices and perform tax compliance submissions and work with HRIS tax team as necessary.Assure compliance with state and federal agencies through 100% of Employment Verifications, Compensation Verifications, Unemployment notices and Appeal’s notices within 48 hours of receipt.Accurate cost allocation of Recruiting and other department expenses in Concur no later than the 1st of each month.Semi-Monthly Maintenance Payroll Compilation through regular coordination with Avenue Property Managers and Operations team to create final Maintenance Payroll Submission.Competencies:Attention to Detail – Efficiently allocate your cognitive resources to achieve thoroughness and accuracy in data entry and processing throughout multiple communication tools and channels.Problem Solving and Resourceful Thinking – Analytical ability to look at data or a problem no matter how difficult and believe that it can be solved.
