A keen eye for detail and documentation is a strength for you in addition to your top-notch, enthusiastic people skills.WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO: Advise and assist on employee relations for remote, headquarter and distribution center locationsAssist with full cycle hiring process utilizing Greenhouse softwareLead the on/off boarding process for employeesProvide payroll and benefits administrative supportLiaison with IT for team needsPropose and implement team building initiatives for remote-centric & hybrid workforceSupport Annual Performance Review cycle and Annual Required Training programsHandle sensitive employee and business information with utmost confidentialityBe a trusted and reliable HR partner to all employeesAssist the Director of HR on assigned projectsWHAT WE WANT TO SEE: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years’ experiencePolished written and verbal communicationUpbeat, positive attitudeHighly reliable, detail oriented and resourceful team playerAbility to balance priorities on multiple tasks and maintain workflow amidst constant interruptionsProficiency in Excel, Word and Google based toolsExperience working for a high-growth company is a plusDocumentation of fully vaccinated status for COVID-19Job Type: Full-time
