The incumbent is responsible for achieving contract sales growth, gaining market share and meeting targets in an assigned area.
Key Accountability:
Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and potential customers through a relationship-based approach.
Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and potential customers.
Displays Sales funnel Accuracy
Adheres to Annual Service Targets
Preferred having knowledge on Building Technologies / Products. /Protocols.
Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.
Understands technicalities of the Projects/Service Needs and meeting the Deadlines.
Interacts with clients as and when required.
Accountable for Order value & revenue, collections
Tracks renewals timelines and warranty conversions
Looks for upsell opportunities, Upsell contracts with consumables
Targets promotional offers
Follow end to end progress for quote to cash
Tender participation including all documentation
