We are eager for your input, ideas, and inspiration.Position Description: The IT Application Developer is responsible for the following:Development, enhancement, and maintenance of Reporting, Client/Server, and Web applications.Solve complex technical problems and organize workload by using established software development processes and project methodologiesProduce work estimates and technical specifications from documented business requirements for IT Management reviewParticipate in system design, analysis, and other process functions as required by managementPerform coding according to technical specifications and development standardsResponsible for the delivery of product according to established timelinesWork with management to develop delivery estimates and provide updates as requestedKeep IT management and others informed about work efforts and challenges that may affect business relations.Required to keep abreast of new technologies through training, proactive research and reading reference materialsCommunicate ideas for improving department processes with a positive and constructive attitudePosition RequirementsBachelor’s degree in technology major from an accredited institution of higher learning or equivalent experienceTwo to three years of professional experience equivalent to a Programmer or Systems Analyst requiredTwo to three years’ experience with Database Development, SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Functions, SSRS Report Services.Application Development skills, including database, client/server, and webAbility to work across multiple development platforms and frameworks .NET, XML, Microsoft Power Platform, ASP.Net, Word PressKnowledge of Business Intelligence tools: Power BI or Logi AnalyticsAbility to communicate effectively with team members and management in general and with direct regard to the progress of assignments, project task timelines, issues, and contingenciesMust be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Fully vaccinated is defined as at least two weeks after your final dose.
