Job Description : Information Technology ManagerReports To: Senior Director of OperationsJob Overview:This position is responsible for all aspects of the organization’s information system and technology, strategy, management and resources. A strong technologist and business manager, the IT Manager leads technology implementations, inclusive information management and data analytics, and will provide guidance and recommendations to the CEO on technology strategy, including overall organizational systems architecture, direction and solutions.Responsibilities and Duties:Creates and manages overall systems architecture and technology strategy, showing integration of all systems across the organization. Ensures streamlined and cost-effective systems while also maintaining security, usability and forward compatibility requirements.Manages operational technology and assets, telecommunications, security systems, and corresponding budgets ensuring timelines and budges are met and maintained.Partners with the business to problem solve and prioritize key functionalityEffectively communicates capabilities and capacity of the team, identifying gaps and developing action plans to meet the gaps.Develops and implements an appropriate training program for staff to ensure technical proficiency and to enhance productivity.Manages staff responsible for development, integration and maintenance of all information systems and technology using Agile methodology.Ensures security compliance of systems for applicable standards and prepares and monitors for disaster recovery.Owns and drives the piloting, prototyping, and implementation of new technology initiatives with focus on data assets used in organizational decision makingPartners with cross-functional leadership to deliver and sustain transformative change via technology and data management solutions and practices, enabling efficiencies and innovationIdentifies new technology innovation areas by staying engaged with industry and research and development initiativesResponsible for creating, managing and supporting SOP’s for new systems.Be accountable not only for direct responsibilities outlined in this job description but also to serve fellow staff and other constituents with whom position interacts. Ensure actions and communications follow core values.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in information technology related discipline or equivalent from accredited college or university.3 or more years of experience in a direct selling or ecommerce business.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and partner with stakeholders to define technical options and roadmaps to achieve organizational priorities.Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets and resources.End-user oriented with good verbal and written communications skills.Maintain technical proficiency by remaining current in the utilization of technology and analytics, incorporating best practices into organizational policies and proceduresA minimum of 5 years of IT management experience and the senior manager or director levelProven ability to architect and manage solutions through full life cycle.Demonstrated ability to manage the day-to-day tasks of diverse teams, while effectively influencing senior management on key decisions and direction.Proven leadership of data analytics and reporting functions across multiple core and non- core IT functions;Agile experience preferred.Experience building strong business and supplier relationships that ensure the successful delivery of Technology and Informational/Analytics services that drives benefits to the organization.3 or more years of work experience in .Net within the Azure platform or similar platforms.3 or more years of work experience in PHP, MySql, Javascript or other Web Services related fieldsStrong understanding in CMS platformsStrong understanding in Interface developmentStrong understanding of web markupStrong understanding of database querying languages MySQL and SQLStrong understanding of hosting platforms and infrastructureJob Type: Full-timePay: $56,910.00 – $140,185.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Argyle, TX 76226: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):What is your salary requirements?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:IT management: 3 years (Required)Work Location: One location
