Job Description : LSG Sky Chefs is searching for a detail-oriented IT supervisor to join our excellent team. The IT supervisor’s responsibilities include supervising staff while they complete repairs and installations, providing training to new employees, scrutinizing existing processes, writing reports, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks. You should also be able to develop optimization strategies and provide excellent customer service.To be successful as an IT supervisor, you should keep abreast of developments in your field and have the ability to quickly diagnose tech-related problems. Outstanding candidates are able to meet deadlines and keep their team focused in stressful situationsResponsibilities -Supervise the administration and maintenance of the core IT infrastructure, including-network, devices, document-delivery, remote-working and server hardware, minimizing disruption and ensuring business continuity-Support and management of software subscriptions and licenses-The purchase of IT supplies through nominated suppliers-Providing documentation and guides for key processes and procedures-Ensuring all systems are secure with appropriate backups and updates-Explore potential new technologies to assist with tasks identified-Working with project owners, generate project tender specifications-Manage the stock of technical and IT equipment and refresh as appropriate-Ensuring staff are up to date with relevant changes to IT infrastructure, and provide-training and updates as required-Assist in setup of working spaces, taking the lead on provision ofinternet, printing, registration equipment and staff devices-Supervise the Audio Visual and remote-conferencing resources of meetingsQualifications -Degree in computer science, IT, or combination of education and experience-2-3 years of experience required-Practical experience installing and maintaining systems Strong written and verbal communication skills-Excellent interpersonal and leadership skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shiftDay shiftWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Phoenix, AZ 85040: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: One location
