Inspired by nature and deep rooted in Indian culture, we strive to make our products handmade and celebrate the little imperfections that come with it.Job Responsibilities:Research seasonal trends, product ideas, colours, prints, fabrics, and styling based on brand philosophyCreate detailed tech packs that illustrate design and construction details with high accuracyCollection Design development : Sketches/Illustrations/GraphicsMaintain and improve product quality by taking corrective steps at ground level i.e. fabric, fit, wash, workmanship.Manage Sampling unit and should be able to implement new processesCreate line sheet based on seasonal concepts and with appropriate design /color/printsResponsible for Sourcing, Merchandising & costing for trims/fabrics/fillingsUnderstand design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns and technical specifications for designs.Coordinate & communicate with various departments and suppliers & assure timely execution and deliveries.Coordinate with Brand Communications team for marketing initiativesAnalyse Sales Reports and suggest product changes to drive higher sales numbersFitchecks on dummy and model and Pattern correction guidanceHandling Buyers (export/ Domestics)Should be capable enough for New Development.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
