Position : Medical Spa Office Manager
Job Description : We are looking for a qualified medical office manager to run our medical spa in Denver and Los Angeles. You will be responsible for day-to-day operation, budgeting and maintaining staff records and schedules, inventory management, payroll and assisting with expansion. You will assist in implementing systems and policies and meeting with pharmaceutical reps as well as help launch new treatments and skincare. As office manager, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform well in stressful situations. Our position requires knowledge of med spa operations and previous experience in management. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure steady workflows, manage inventory count and staff scheduling while taking initiative for other business growth and development tasks.ResponsibilitiesMonitor budget and billing paymentsOrder medical and office suppliesDevelop and implement office policies and proceduresSupervise office staff, including assistants and providersMaintain staff records and schedulesIdentify potential office dysfunctionsArrange cleaning staff and emergency maintenance services as necessaryProvide informative material for patients and assist with compliance reviewsGenerate inventory records and help create inventory management systemEnsure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and high ethical standardsWillingness to float as Clinic Assistant or Clinic Coordinator occasionallyMay require travel to LA or other locations in COSkillsDetermined and takes initiative to improve work environmentProven work experience as a medical office managerAbility to impose systems and manage teams across multiple locationsExperience with staffing including hiring, performance review and firingKnowledge of accounting, data and administrative processes and principlesAbility to handle medical records discreetlyKnowledge of med spa issues and terminologyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multi-task and perform well in stressful situationsCommunication skills and a customer service orientationBS degreeJob Type: Full-timePay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hourBenefits:401(k) matchingEmployee discountPaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Commission payExperience:Management: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
