Project Role Description :Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Manage M365 administration 2 Troubleshooting Email Issues 3 Performing M365 License management 4 Preparing daily health checklist of Exchange servers 5 Handling CU upgrade for Exchange servers 6 Managing Mailbox migration,Access management,Distribution lists,M365 groups management,Public folder access,Calendar access,Quarantine release,Transport rules,Spam filter 7 Managing Azure Active Directory 8 SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive administration 8 AADConnect sync issues
Technical Experience : 1Should have hands-on experience with administration of M365 and troubleshooting issues 2Should also have experience with performing CU upgrade 3Should have experience on handling security and compliance issues 4Familiar with powershell scripts 5Knowledge of Active Directory
