Job Description : Responsibilities 1. Oversee, lead, and motivate along with supervising training and developing of the processing staff to ensure lending policies and procedures are adhered to while expanding the staff knowledge base regarding loan products and technology usage.2. Monitoring and ensure the accuracy of reporting to Client and internal stakeholders for pending conditions, initial/final UW submissions and prep for closing.3. Management of daily workflow within the Processing team to ensure proper load balancing and meeting the service level standards for the unit.4. Proactive development and fostering a positive working relationship with other department managers and Relationship Managers for the most efficient workflow within the mortgage operations, ensuring timely commitments and problem-free processing of loans. Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, offshore team and third parties.Monitor, research, review, and recommend input on ways to streamline and improve policies, procedures, and services for the benefit of ClientMinimum Experience· Candidate must have 10+ years of Mortgage Originations experience, including minimum 5 years of managing processing or leading multiple teams of 50 or more associatesCurrent advanced knowledge of industry-specific mortgage originations guidelines and agency requirementsAbility to direct the work of the Mortgage processorsProven ability to analyze the review loan documentsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $88,247.00 – $137,827.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: One location
