We believe our focus on the overall wellness of our residents and our commitment to enriching their lives makes us different from others in our industry.Mission Health Communities has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Manager.Essential Job Functions:Greets visitors, determines the purpose of visit and directs or escorts to the appropriate location.Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments, as necessary.Provides a variety of clerical and business services such as meeting accommodations/logistics, shipping packages, assisting with printing needs, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence (i.e. mail, faxes, etc.), filing, scanning, retrieval of various corporate documents and reports.Prepares reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using various Microsoft Office programs to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Sets up new vendors in the Accounts Payable system.Maintains calendar for Conference Rooms.Maintains inventory of office and breakroom supplies; order supplies as necessary.Responsible for coordinating emergency preparedness plans for Home Office (i.e. Quarterly Fire Drills).Responsible for coordinating Mission Welcome Kit and ensures workspace is ready for Home Office new hires.Coordinates and maintains email directory and group emails (i.e. updates copier directory).Reviews and updates the Community Listing monthly and Internal Phone List, as needed.Coordinates communication between Building Management Company and Home Office staff.Maintains confidentiality of all records and verbal information.Education and/or Experience requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Two years administrative assistant experience.Excellent interpersonal, customer service, verbal and written communication skills.Highly proficient in MS Office Suite or related software.Expert in multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing.Detail oriented with ability to work independently.Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism.Energetic, responsive team player with the interest to take initiative.Professionally communicate with colleagues, visitors and vendors at all levels.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSWe are committed to offering a competitive wage and a comprehensive benefits package.
