This is a well-earning salaried position working directly with the C-suite of the company. The ideal candidate is well read, proficient in written communication, incredibly organized and possesses the ability to think critically. You will have responsibility for making critical business decisions on your own with little oversight and be entrusted with important tasks.
This position is great for early-mid Career professionals who are excited about being in a start-up style company, have multiple skill sets and are very tech savvy.

Salary: Starting at 80k-125k
YOU WILL:
Primarily support the CEO and provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
Assist in office technology
HR and Recruiting administration
Review vendor proposals and agreements
Plan and orchestrate work to ensure senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree (any)
Must be highly motivated and a self-starter
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Computer savvy is a must, both with software AND hardware
Level headed and patient
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in office management, property management, executive assistant, human resources (HR), IT support, administration support or other similar and related fields
Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
Previous experience in a small business/start up environment
Previous or current entrepreneurial experience is a plus
