Job Description : Operations ManagerPOSITION DESCRIPTION:Looking for a Operations Manager who is empathetic, customer service-minded, and organized, to join our administrative team. We are looking for someone who is capable of staffing strategies, problem-solving, communicating with all staff members and patients, and focused on reaching targeted objectives. Experience in managing a P&L is preferred.You will also be responsible for implementing and overseeing the company’s best operational practices and follow the company’s vision of providing exceptional patient care.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:· Ensure the delivery of the highest quality customer care and service to patients· Oversee patient scheduling and front office workflows· Overseeing all front and back office staff at each location assigned· Resolve patient issues in accordance with company policies and procedures, healthcare regulations and dental board standards· Evaluate and monitor patient flow to identify areas of improvement and potential marketing needs· Develop and maintain relationships with dental practice team members and doctors· Continually develop and train the dental practice teams through training programs and evaluations to meet company standards· Coach dental team members and focus on patient experience and patient care· Manage employee relations and make certain staff have the necessary resources and support· Respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries· Organize and oversee supply purchases, equipment upgrades and other operations expenses· Oversight of all administrative functions including bank deposits, revenue posting, staff scheduling, staff payroll and invoice processing· Closely track and monitor each dental office’s budget and profit· Run and analyze management reports· Support marketing and promotion initiatives· Take responsibility for the appearance and functionality of the office and maintain facilities and equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations including OSHA· Identify and implement quality improvement activities to improve practice operations· Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to direct reports on all aspects of performance management: hiring, communicating expectations, development, evaluation, and corrective action up to and include terminationManagement experience is required, Dental experience is strongly recommendedReports directly to the COOExcellent Pay & Benefits, Bonus based on performance, Medical, Dental, Drug, Vision, Federal Holiday’s with pay, Paid Time Off, 401kJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:Patient are pre-screened, masks are required in office at all times for staff and patients, PPE’s are required at all times for staff, offices are sanitized multiple times a day, aerosol mitigation systems are in each office, covid protocols are enforce.Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
