This position is part of our virtual call center. And as an Owner Reservations Agent you will be the first stop for our Owners on their way to vacation! You will have fun booking and answering questions for our Owners about all of our amazing Westgate properties! You will love working for the Owners Leadership Team, they are committed to YOUR success, YOUR growth and YOU as a team member.
Don’t worry if you don’t have call center experience! But if you have the personality, the drive and willingness to succeed the amazing Westgate Resorts Training Team will make sure you are set up for success!
This is a remote position after training, but it is required that you live in the Orlando/Central Florida area to be considered for this opportunity.
What is an Owner Reservations Agent?
The Owner Reservations Agent is part of the Owner Reservations Department and must be a motivated specialist who is customer service oriented, has the ability to think quickly, and can provide the timeshare sales staff with the highest quality of potential clients.
Duties
Responsible for incoming and outgoing phone calls
Educate owners on timeshare usage rights and status of their accounts.
Reserving owner usage right for all Westgate Resorts
Processing Owner external exchange requests
Educate on benefits and sell Vacation Guard Travel Protection
Book, cancel and modify owner reservations

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Knowledge of keyboard shortcuts.
Ability to trouble-shoot & fix minor computer problems independently.
Able to multi-task. Ability to utilize multiple computer programs at one time.
Must have basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, not required!
