Position : Part Time Call Center Operative – (Work from Home)

Must be a resident of Virginia, in the Hampton Roads area
This position will answer all inbound calls, chats and inquiries for self storage prospects, place reservations, online rentals, set appointments for storage rentals and provide high quality customer service. After completing one week training at the corporate office in Norfolk VA, operative will work from home using Salesforce, Sitelink, video chat and Outlook programs. Operative will be provided with company equipment including laptop, headset and phone.
Scheduling
Hours: 20 – 29 hours a week
Schedule: 3-4 days a week; as early as 8 am and as late as 7 pm. MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY OF ALL 7 DAYS (this is a requirement).
Compensation:$14.00 hourly, plus monthly bonus potential (up to $200 per month)
. Requirements:
Must possess a clear, professional, and pleasant voice, with good vocabulary, and the ability to enunciate properly
Must possess the ability to type professionally and quickly (approx. 30 wpm) – will be required to take a typing assessment
Must possess the ability to multitask (typing and talking at the same time) and enter data accurately
Must posses strong customer service skills (professional and courteous at all times)
Proficient in relevant computer applications: MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
Previous Call Center/Sales experience a plus, but not required
High School diploma or equivalent
