Position : Patient Care Coordinator
Job Description : A Patient Care Coordinator at AposHealth is responsible for managing scheduled and potential patients regarding treatment for knee and lower back pain. The primary responsibility will be to reach out to those potential patients, schedule them, and then ensure that they receive treatment and are satisfied. While the majority of this position is remote, there is occasionally a need for on-site translation services at physical therapy offices in Manhattan and the other boroughs.
AposHealth is an exciting, fast-paced startup with opportunities for advancement to full-time status and management. Specifically, a bilingual Spanish-speaking candidate with experience managing patients and an office could carve out a role as our AposHealth Office Manager monitoring physical therapists and patients at more than a dozen offices. This position does not yet exist, but our goal is to identify a highly competent and professional employee interested in long-term growth with a successful startup.
