Position : Patient Referrals Coordinator
Job Description : Patient Referrals Coordinator: Responsibilities include organizing and compiling medical records for referral patients, collect demographic information and insurance details, scheduling appointments, and maintain accurate status notes.Must be able to identify pertinent information from the chart notes and imaging reports to determine next steps, communicate clearly and precisely with our Providers, communicate calmly and clearly with our patients, to include follow up calls and updates, and multi-task in a busy office environment without sacrificing quality of work.Two years of medical office work preferred. Medical terminology knowledge extremely helpful. This is a full-time benefited position, with a weekday working schedule.
