Job Description : Job Summary: Payroll & Benefits AssociateManage full cycle biweekly payroll for the Americas – U.S. (multistate) and Canada, which includes system maintenance, payroll processing, taxes, financial reporting, etc.Process special pays, manual checks and gross ups as neededManage individual benefits enrollment and termination processes, including COBRAManage process and provide assistance with benefit choices for new hires, qualifying life eventsWorking with our brokers and/or benefit carriers to assist employees with resolving benefit or coverage problemsBasic administration of our 401(k)-program including enrollment and assisting with our auditsActively participate in relevant audits including but not limited to, 401(k), payroll, and benefitsPrepare Health, Dental, Disability and Life Insurance billsSkills / Requirements:Multi-state processing for payoll expAt least 2-3+ years payroll expExperience working in ADP Workfroce NowIntermediate Excel skills (ability to pull and manipulate data)Soft Skill/Attribute RequirementsAttention to detailability to multitaskorganization skillsAbout Medix?Medix is dedicated to positively impacting lives every day.
