Job Description : Fun, fast-paced food & beverage brand is looking for a dynamic, talented HR Payroll Specialist to work at our Corporate office.WHAT YOU CAN COUNT ON FROM US:Excellent starting salary between $55,000-$70,000100% company paid medical, dental and vision for the employee100% company paid RTD/Light rail pass or parking passGenerous dining program and employee retail discountPAID time offCell phone stipend401(k) planExcellent career progression opportunityRESPONSIBILITIES:Assisting employees with HR Requests as needed.Answering questions or concerns from employees about their benefits.Assist with New Hire Orientation and Onboarding.Keeping employee benefits records up to date.Accounting the total cost to company of various benefits options.Assisting with payroll.Must learn full cycle payroll.Ensuring that the company’s benefits policy complies with laws and regulations.Informing employees of any changes to their benefits.Other duties as assigned.WHAT WE CAN COUNT ON FROM YOU:Degree in human resources or related field preferred.Prior work in human resources, with benefits experience.Familiarity with payroll and benefits software.Excel experience required.Excellent communication skills.Strong organizational skills.Mentality of a leader with a willingness to learn, develop, and advanceTechnology aptitude (MS Word, Excel)Must be fully eligible to work in the USAMust be able to pass a 10-year criminal background checkSkyport Hospitality is an Equal Opportunity employer.
