Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION OF POST PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT· Manage and evaluate resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.· Oversee a workforce of 21+ employees in the editing department.· Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.· Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.· Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel.· Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees.· Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management.· Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.· Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels.· Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands.· Proceeding with exit formalities.· Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.· Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and property maintained.· Ensuring timely payment from the client.· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training.· Communication will clients for project requirement Conducting employee surveys.· Expert In Production.· More preference to Six Sigma Certificate Holder.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Food allowancePaid sick timeSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All the measures are takenEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Production Planning & Scheduling Occupations: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 4 years (Preferred)Management: 4 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 20/03/2022
