A great project manager is able to motivate and direct their team to ensure the delivery of a successful project.For more information, please visit: www.strobel-llc.comDuties and Responsibilities:Assist Sales and Estimating to determine complete scope of job and list of specifications, materials, subcontractors and in-house labor through the preconstruction processCreate and facilitate production schedules for all company projectsMaintain change order management and documentation for all company projectsMaintain communication with clients regarding schedule, progress, and project budget on a regular basisEnsure all construction documents are implemented in the field by coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure that Company’s construction standards and client’s expectations are met or exceededMaintain on a set of as built drawings and post-construction documentationQualifications for Project Manager:1-2 years of experience in project managementComfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawingsProficient in Microsoft Office and general computer softwareDemonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principlesStrong leadership and management skillsHigh School diploma or GED required.A Bachelor’s degree is a plus!Professionalism in manner and attire.Please have job related references ready if selected for an interviewDeep knowledge of industry safety practices.Willingness to travel to construction site(s) daily.
