Job Description : Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst

We are currently expanding our team with a QA Analyst. You’ll work directly with engineering to ensure both our web app and mobile apps are of the highest quality. Your work will directly impact the lives of small business owners; many of whom you’ll get the chance to meet.

Typical Month for ServiceLine’s QA Analyst:
Work with engineers to develop testing plans.
Test our application on web, iOS, and Android platforms.
Our entire company tests our app. You’ll be responsible for delegating testing assignments during large releases.
Collate feedback from both production and test environments into issues and projects in GitHub.

QA Analyst Required Skills and Experience
3+ years experience testing complex systems.
Experience with bug tracking and project management software.
QA Analyst Preferred Skills and Experience
Some experience releasing your own projects. Apps, a website, or a Shopify store, etc.
Some experience writing automated tests with PHPUnit or Cypress.
Experience working for a startup or small team.
