Job Description : Arcadia Counseling in Lehi is looking for a full-time Receptionist (8 AM to 4 PM Monday thru Friday) to manage our front desk to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of customer contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support to our therapists and customers, including answering phone calls, emails and texts, onboarding customers and billing. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome therapists and clients as soon as they arrive at the officeAnswer phone calls, onboard customers and schedule clientsEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/textUpdate company platform with client informationSkillsProven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar roleProficiency with computers, websites, technologyProfessional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitudeJob Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
