You can learn more about us at www.TrinityLaw.com.What we are looking for.We are looking to hire a full-time receptionist or legal assistant to work Monday-Friday, to assist our attorneys in basic civil legal matters. The receptionist or legal assistant will be based out of our York office and will work in-office.Job Duties. Assist in drafting pleadings, discovery, and related filings;Filing documents with the proper court;Transcription;Maintaining and organizing in-office files;Communications with clients and potential clients;Maintain attorney schedule;Working with attorneys on the overall development and management of cases.Job Requirements.1. Should have working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel;2. Ability/Willingness to learn;3. Hard working;4. Pleasant demeanor;5. Prior experience (preferably 1-3 years), though will train the right person;6. Organized;7. Able to work well with others and with clients.Benefits.1.
