We serve over 100,000 patients every day spanning all 50 states.Responsibilities:Partners with HR Team and hiring managers to drive the recruiting process forward in a timely and efficient manner.Participates in recruitment and staffing efforts for exempt and non-exempt candidates and employees. This includes administering the end to end approval and posting process, assisting with ad placements, coordinating temporary resources, and meeting records and retention requirements.Extend employment offers, gathers references, assist candidate through screening process set up, and completes on-boarding process of new employees. Provides information to prospective employees about benefits, company standards, and position-specific requirements.Maintains records and continued tracking of candidates throughout hiring process in multiple systems which include company HRIS system, assessment platform, and screening platform.Tracks activities and facilitates the process from candidate to hire through on-boarding to set the candidate to support the best possible outcome that will impact positive retention.Assist Recruiting with developing and executing sourcing strategies that increase quantity and quality of candidate flow, via community outreach, job fairs, social media, job boards, internet sourcing, staffing agencies, etc.Responsible for checking the HR voice mail box and e-mail box, coordinates, and delegate task to appropriate person on the HR team to respond to inquiries.Creates and submits reports to HR leaders as appropriate and supports in other HR related administrative tasks as assigned or apparent.Knowledge Skills & Abilities:Education, Licensure or CertificationKnowledge of general business administration as normally obtained through 1-2 years of college level business courses. Experience may substitute for formal education to obtain a general knowledge of business administration.Work Experience or Related Experience:One to two years’ experience working in and supporting an HR environment in which the incumbent has exposure to employee records, benefit programs, staffing and recruitment programs etc.Additional HR experience preferredSpecialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:The ability to be proactive and self-directed utilizing good time management, decision-making, and organization skills is required. Incumbents must be able to prioritize multiple tasksThe ability to project a professional image in appearance, communications and actions is required to represent the Company appropriatelyExceptional interpersonal skills are requiredIncumbents must have the ability to operate in a fluid and fast paced environment and a growing entrepreneurial company.
