Responsible for administration relating to recruitment in India and selected overseas locations
Partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to prepare the necessary documentation, assist, with job advert creation, scheduling interviews across multiple locations and time zones
Provide onboarding support for new hires
Own the scheduling and coordinating of Interviews
Conduct reminders and follow-ups and collect feedback post interviews
Setup debriefs, pre-briefs as needed
Update the ATS and ensure timely communication throughout the interview process; periodic preparation and submission of hiring reports
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience of Applicant Tracking System is a plus
Must be able to deal with highly confidential material
