Job Description : Bonaventure Senior Living has an exciting job opening for a Regional Director of Operations!

This exciting position will manage the overall operations of senior housing communities located in Washington. These state-of-the-art communities encompass over 700 suites and are all built by Bonaventure with seniors in mind. The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) will lead and direct the financial success and operations for our Assisted, Independent, and Memory Care communities.

The ideal candidate is highly competitive, and sales driven individual, with a proven track record of success in managing all aspects of senior living communities. They must have excellent communication and leadership skills. Bonaventure’s philosophy is “you can never go wrong doing the right thing” therefore, we are looking for a like-minded leader.

What does a Regional Director of Operations do for Bonaventure?

The Regional Director of Operations manages the on-site operations primarily through each community Executive Director. They oversee all facets of operations including census development, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team member satisfaction. They also inspect what they expect for all aspects of operations. The Regional Director of Operation position is frequently referred to as a Vice President of Operations.

Qualifications

Successful experience as a Regional Director of Operations or an Administrator for an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility.
Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Hold an Administrator’s License or be able to obtain one.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents.
Secondary Education preferred but not required.
English language required.
CPR Certification (preferred).
Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
