Job Description : We are a Residential Property Management firm, with a nationwide portfolio of communities and we are currently seeking a seasoned, diligent, and professional Regional Property Manager to join our team. Candidates that will be considered should be attracted to a fast paced environment, possess time management capabilities and be able to deliver outstanding client services to a portfolio of communities located throughout New Jersey.Responsibilities include: Hiring, overseeing and delegating to communities’ staffResolve resident issues professionallyCollaborate with our financial team in the preparation of financial reports and budgetsPreparation of property status reports and other management reports as neededVendor management and correspondenceRegular property inspectionsRespond onsite to emergencies when necessaryCreate and implement marketing plans for all aspects of leasingEnforce property rules and regulationsRequired Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 6 years experience in residential property managementExperience with Capital Improvement ProjectsManaging financials and budgetsProficient in Microsoft productsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized and possess the ability to work well with a teamJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Property management: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
