Job Description : Must-haves- 2+ years of eligibility work performing case reviews and determining eligibility of applicants for state/county/federal programs- Comfortable working in a remote setting and working with candidates over the phone- Basic computer skills using Microsoft office, outlook, and excel- Ability to work PST hours and use their computer, internet, and phone for this opportunity- Bilingual in Spanish and EnglishPlusses- State of California working experience with Eligibility programsDay-to-DayOur client is looking for Eligibility Workers to support a large program for the State of California. These employees will be responsible for reviewing applications submitted by California residents and making eligibility determinations if they qualify for the program. Trainings will be provided to get employees up to speed and understand the program within the first 2 weeks. This position will be fully remote and has the opportunity to be a multi-year employment potential.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:program eligibility: 2 years (Required)state, federal, local, government: 1 year (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
