Righand Personnel
We are looking for entry-level and experienced candidates to fill our open positions:
$77,000.00 – $110,000.00 / annually, Full-time
Handles tubular goods by manually, pushing, pulling, lifting and operating hoists and racking equipment.
Measures tubular goods using a rig tape.
Makes and breaks tubular connections using tongs, and handles tubular goods, spinning chain, iron roughnecks, elevators and slips.
Visually inspects connections, dies, nuts and bolts on drill floor and drilling equipment including derrick. Replace, repair, and tighten as required.
Assist Derrick hand in changing screens.
Relieve Derrick hand as needed.
Assist Driller in the training and instruction of less experienced Floor hands.
Assist with:
Rigging up
Nippling up
Running casing
Lubricating jacking system during Rig moves
Tearing down specialized equipment
Forms part of Well Control Team during shut in procedures.
Work in a safe and conscientious manner to ensure personal safety and the safety of all crewmembers.
Report any irregularities or safety hazards to drillers.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry heavy objects for extended periods of time.
Will require to ability to work over side of Rig, work from high elevations, and will require climbing.
Ability to work in all weather conditions including rain, sleet, snow, heat, wind, etc.
High School diploma or equivalent
7 months experience on a land-based rig preferred but not required.
Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and hair follicle drug screen.
