Job Description : 1350 Ala Moana Condominium is looking for Full Time and Part Time workers.OTHER SHIFTS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE; FLEXIBILITY Preferred.Some job responsibilities include security surveillance, greeting of residents, visitors, and vendors, patrolling the property and much more. As Operations Assistants we operate the front desk with customer service in mind. 1350 is looking for a responsible, caring, and hardworking person(s) to join our team.Individuals must have a flexible schedule for this position. A high school Diploma, Guard Card, and First Aid Training are REQUIRED. Assistance provided for First aid training for accepted applicants. One must be able to work calmly and proactively under stressful conditions. One must be able to multitask and take on many duties with proficiency in computer literacy, communication, organizational, and time management skills. All while having a positive “Aloha Spirit” attitude. We are looking for someone who has a flexible mindset; willing to learn new skills and go above and beyond for our residents.Applications can be found at 1350 Ala Moana inquire with the front desk.
