Job Description : Full Job DescriptionFor over 30 years, we have been the premier catering and event specialist company in the Philadelphia Area. From intimate weddings, to black-tie galas, and everything in between, we design each event with our client to create unique and memorable occasions.We are currently searching for a Social Media Manager to join our team and showcase our gorgeous events online.POSITION SUMMARYThe Social Media Manager will be responsible for the overall direction and execution of social media campaigns and content across multiple channels. They will work with our exclusive venues’ communications teams to cross-promote content and drive traffic to our website.The Social Media Manager will analyze all data relating to social media posts and work with the Event Specialists, Chefs and Management team to get approval for all photographs and social media campaigns. The Social Media Manager will manage a budget for all online advertising and work closely with the outsourced IT manager on SEO, and website content.Must have valid drivers license and the COVID vaccination to be considered.Responsibilities:· Create social media strategies that generate leads for events and drive traffic to the companies website.· Manage companies 9 social media accounts and possibly launch new accounts on unused social media platforms.· Work with the President and General Manager of company and the Event Specialists to ensure the overall message of company is cohesive.· Attend multiple events per week during event season to ensure each event’s look is being captured to showcase online.· Create all social media content and manage posts by responding to comments and messages.· Create a social media calendar that ensures every venue is receiving equal coverage.· Create and supply the team with reports and analytics.· Study and execute latest trends in social media.· Create blog content from events for website.· Execute paid social media accounts and monitor success rates.Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Social Media or Marketing. Three to five years work experience executing successful social media campaigns. Photography and video editing skills highly preferred.
