Job Description : Miller’s Textile Services is currently hiring for a Support Service Representative to join our Cincinnati depot location in Blue Ash. The Support Service Representative is responsible for covering special deliveries and installations, as well as service delivery routes as assigned due to driver absence. Our programs focus on continuously improving our employees’ lives both at work and at home and our company mission extends to the services we provide for our employees: We show up on time, do what we say, and finish what we start…and have fun doing it!!*What will you do at work?*Ensure company truck/vehicle is properly loaded with all product needed to service locations and/or customers such as uniforms, mats and linens as ordered; drive truck/vehicle to locations and/or customersCollect soiled product from locations and/or customers and deliver clean productGrow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and servicesComplete daily paperwork as requiredAdditional duties as assignedYour route customers depend on you, so excellent attendance is a must!*What are the minimum qualifications?*High School diploma or GED requiredAbility to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical requiredValid driver’s license requiredMust be insurable under our company motor vehicle planExperience in delivery and service skills preferredMust be able to lift up to 75 lbs throughout the dayMust be able to push/pull heavy carts of product throughout the day*Why should you work for Miller’s Textile Service?*Competitive Pay ($20.00 per hour)$5,000 Retention/Referral Bonus after 6 monthsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceDisability and Life InsurancePaid holidays, paid time off, and flex time (eligible on first day!)401k with company matchCareer advancement opportunitiesAt Miller’s Textile Services, our focus is on delivering exceptional experiences daily to each of our customers.
