Position : Ticket Seller

Job Description : Areas of Responsibilities

Open and/or close ticket window during business hours.
Sell tickets for the Santander Arena, Santander P.A.C, & the Theater at Santander Arena.
Reconcile cash drawer to daily tickets sold.
Provide customer service to patrons at the window and/or over the phone
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Provide great customer service and show ability to work well with the general public and other employees.
Must be able to accurately handle cash and other money receipts
Ticketmaster or other ticketing software experience/knowledge a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, hardworking, and reliable
Must be computer savvy
Must pass background and credit check per ASM Global guidelines
