Responsibilities:
Consulting with clients to understand their goals and explaining research results.
Engage with product management, engineering and business stakeholders to understand the project.
Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience.
Designing user-centered solutions based on knowledge of business requirements, feedback from users and usability findings.
Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows. Creating product prototypes. Developing personas and usage scenarios.
Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes, low and high-fidelity mock-ups
Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
Leverage user testing make product improvements
Provide examples of style sheets and artwork for development
Review test cases, implemented UI, conducting usability testing, Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science or a related field of study
4-6 years of work experience as UX/UI designer or similar roles as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.
Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools
Familiarity with illustrator tool and mockup tool
Deep expertise with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma and & Photoshop Software.
Knowledge about creating wireframes and prototypes
Strong communication and collaborative skills
Good time management skills
Must have designed mobile apps from scratch to launch
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop), prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, or equivalent.
Pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
A meticulous and organized approach to work
A logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving
A thorough, detail-oriented work style
