Accountant – General Accounting
Step into this crucial role, responsible for performing accounting functions that help maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our hospital. Prepare standard and adjusting journal entries, and perform important reconciliations of balance sheet accounts. Analyze expense accounts and interact with various departments to obtain explanations for expense variances. Open the door to opportunities to work on special data-oriented projects, and lay the foundation for future advancement throughout our organization.
This is s full time day hybrid position that will be located at our Midtown Manhattan Offices.
Preferred Criteria
2 to 3 years of accounting experience
Required Criteria
Bachelors’ degree, majoring in Accounting
Minimum of 6 months previous experience
Knowledge of general acceptable accounting principals
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
