Job Description : Performing all required duties for the accounts payable functionReview and ensure accuracy of coding for multiple locations and legal entitiesDevelop appropriate cadence and cash forecasting for payments to include ACH, checks, and credit card liabilitiesReview, consolidate, and reconcile accounts payable reports and vendor accounts.Maintaining accurate and complete vendor and financial records.Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information. Research and follow up on discrepancies.Developing, implementing, improving, and enforcing policies, and department controls to increase accuracy and efficiency.Building and maintaining relationships within and outside of the organization.Minimum of 5+ year’s experience in Accounts PayableMust have QuickBooks AP experienceMust have 1099 filing experienceConstruction experience is desiredMust have experience in union reporting, certified payrolls, and union auditsJob Type: Full-timePay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounts Payable Occupations: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
