Job Description : Affinity Resources has a (Permanent W/ Benefits) Accounts Payable Coordinator opportunity with a close partner in the Doral/Blue Lagoon area ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDIANTORLocation: Doral/Blue Lagoon AreaAct as liaison between corporate & branch accounts payable departments.Reconcile discrepancies related to vendor invoicesVerify the accuracy of vendor invoices and confirm that the correct general ledger account codes are used.Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoicesReconcile vendor statementsMaintain vendor accounts while staying in complianceReview and reconcile invoice discrepanciesAssist AP manager with the check payment process.Prepare and support the AP Team with AP Aging Report monthly.Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and/or corporate accounts payable filesEnsure entries at the end of the month for closing to the correct GL AccountsProficient in MS Suite & Accounting Systems (experience with Lawson a plus)Job Type: Full-timePay: From $25.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
