General Descriptions of Duties:
Review, verify, code and enter vendor invoices
Process weekly check run
Review and research vendor statements
Responsible for month end procedures and deadlines
Maintain and create Excel spreadsheets
Answer vendor inquiries
Process reimbursements, company credit cards
1099 processing
Accounts payable journal entries and accruals
Other accounts payable related daily tasks

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Minimum of 2 years recent A/P experience
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter and team player
Sales and use tax experience a plus
Sage Software experience a plus
