Position : Accounts Receivable Associate (REMOTE)
Job Description : General Summary:
This position is responsible for processing payments received during the billing cycle.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Process payments that are received.
2. Research and resolve payment discrepancies. Make adjustments to accounts as needed.
3. Preparation and distribution of reports.
4. Able to be at work on a regular and predictable basis or as scheduled.
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
1. Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the company in an articulate, professional manner, while maintaining necessary degree of confidentiality.
2. Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
3. Ability to anticipate and quickly react in a dynamic business environment.
4. Knowledge of accounting practices and regulations.
5. Ability to understand needs of a multi-company environment.
Education, Experience, and Certification:
1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.*
2. 6 months previous related experience is required.*
This position may be performed remotely and will be filled outside of NYC and the state of Colorado.
