Job Description : High Country Search Group is proud to be partnering with a great organization in the Denver Area. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative duties in support of the company’s various departments. The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level clerical, administrative, technical, and coordination support while working in a fast-paced, results-oriented, mission-driven environment.Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant / Office CoordinatorUpdates office calendars and schedules meetings for the executive teamType labels, correspondence, and client reports as needed.Responsible for answering and directing all incoming telephone calls.Greet all visitors entering the facility and issue visitor passes as needed.Responsible for ordering all office supplies.Complete clerical and filing functions as directed.Sort and distributes mail daily and maintain postage meter for the program as needed.Troubleshoots equipment problems and relays technical issues to the Program Manager for resolution.Responsible for ensuring the maintenance of fax, copier, vending machines, etc.Requirements of the Administrative Assistant / Office CoordinatorKnowledge of general administrative functionsSolid knowledge of computer software including MS Excel, Word, and OutlookCompensation and BenefitsSalary- Pay: $45,000 – $50,000 per hour (Depending on experience and degree)Medical, Dental, Vision, Life InsuranceJob Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
