To ensure performance of department activities, which may include, but are not limited to, division budget, interface with human system activities and day to day operations procedures to achieve high quality, productive and efficient results. Represents and coordinates these activities with all functional areas of the division and other areas of the cooperation to achieve corporate objectives.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma Required. Associates Degree Preferred
Experience Required: Minimum five years administrative support experience in or at the divisional level for a division with multiple areas of responsibility with decentralized department heads and directors.
Additional Skills Required: The ability to work with limited direction from division manager, off-site by telephone, fax or e-mail.
