Job Description : (Immediate hire) Experience prefer but not required. Will train the right candidate. Great opportunity for potential college graduate. You will receive extensive on-the-job training which will allow you to build a foundation for a successful career.Assist in the day-to-day managementAssist in budget managementIdentify maintenance needs and how to maintain property standards.Assist in reviewing contracts for services provided to the propertiesWork with the management to prepare reports as required.Be prepared to deal with onsite issues that require immediate attention.Maintain unit and contract files relating to the operations of the property.Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).Professional customer service skills.Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.Time management and time critical prioritization skills.Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.Efficient, organized, and resourceful with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Confident in making decisions under pressure and being able to think of your feet.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Big Coppitt Key, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
