Job Description : We are looking for 3 to 4 cleaners to become apart of Easy Livin’ Cleaning Co. We are seeking candidates who are professional and have a love for cleaning.ResponsibilitiesClean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activitiesCarry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projectsNotify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairsMake adjustments and minor repairsStock and maintain supply roomsCooperate with the rest of the staff (IF on a cleaning assignment with another team member)Follow all health and safety regulationsMultiple Cleaning AssignmentsSkillsProven working experience as a cleanerAbility to handle moderate weight equipment and machineryKnowledge of cleaning chemicals and suppliesFamiliarity with Material Safety Data SheetsIntegrityREQUIRED MATERIAL: Iphone or a smartphone where you are able to download appsWork Shirt (Provided by company)BACKGROUND: Easy Livin’ Cleaning Co. is a cleaning business that provide professional services to Air BnB, Vacational Homes and Move In/Out clients who are seeking cleaners for their property. The larger percentage of our clients are Air BnB owners so majority of your cleaning assignments will be Air BnB cleanings. The time frame for cleaning these properties are 2-3 (maximum) hours, in which we have to quickly and efficiently clean/turnover property before clients guest(s) check in.*** Compensation is based pay per cleaning. Because of quick turnovers we believe our employees would take more advantage of the base pay opportunity. Compensation/Base Pay is quoted before each cleaning.
