The Role: We are looking for an Office Manager to join our incredible team. This position is highly relied upon by all members of the location. Organization and communication are keys to success and this individual recognizes that the fast-paced environment requires a team player mentality.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Processes deals, registrations, sales payments and other admin work for the dealership. Will communicate with corporate daily on deals, attendance, tills, and deposits.
Review/process deals, checks for accuracy, and scan to corporate
Processes TT&L logs, title applications for customer registrations including temp tags
Processes whizzes, whiz logs and makes deposits
Processes sales payment sheets, check for accuracy and turns in for payroll
Process all daily tills from all departments
Partner with the HR department and ensure all documents/requests are processed in a timely manner
Ability to maintain excellent relations between customers and store sales personnel
Answers incoming telephone calls and responds in a courteous and professional manner
A/R – deposit reconciliation
Title work
Accounts Payable – Expense coding
Performing any other tasks deemed necessary by supervisor
Pay: $42,000-$52,000/yr
. Requirements:
Two years of Office Management experience
College Degree preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills a MUST
Use of and proficiency in Outlook and all Microsoft programs will be required
Ability to accept additional tasks, duties and/or direction from management
Most work is performed indoors at a desk but may require walking throughout the store each day.
